Body Politik is a boutique fitness studio combining muscle-sculpting Lagree classes & heart-pumping Versa Climber classes all in one studio home in Scottsdale, Arizona. The only studio of its kind in the Valley, we offer group classes in two different modalities that are both designed to strengthen and tone your entire body.

Want long, lean muscles? That’s what this workout delivers- and FAST!
Expect 45 minutes of full-body, high-intensity, core-carving and serious muscle shaking. Yet, the moves are performed slowly making this a low-impact workout that is easy on your joints minimizing risk of injury. Each exercise in Lagree offers strength, balance, flexibility, resistance and cardio training making this a highly efficient workout.
While the moves are slow, the transitions between moves are quick in order to keep your heart rate elevated maximizing your calorie burn. This results in toned and elongated muscles, lower body fat composition and improved endurance.
The class is taught on newest version of Sebestien Lagree’s Megaformer – the M3K, providing you maximum comfort and endless exercise possibilities.
The versatility of this workout and machine mean that your body will never plateau and the workout will never get easier, you will just get stronger.
The most efficient cardio workout… but this is more than a workout, think: a 30-minute, calorie BLASTING, rhythm-based, cardio EXPERIENCE.
Your class will take place in a dark room, under a state-of-the-art LED light show as you move to the beat of the music.
Unlike most cardio machines, you will utilize both your upper and lower body in contralateral movement- a movement progression that is innate to the human body (just like crawling) therefore making you stronger and better prepared for day-to-day life.
Because the Versa Climber is also a low impact machine, you will be putting little-to-no stress on your joints, which lowers the risk of injury that most people experience in other high-intensity, group-training classes.
Class will fly by because you will be lost in the perfectly curated playlists and constantly engaged by fun choreography.
Each workout will be designed to accommodate the individual so it’s ok if you are a novice or a group fitness enthusiast. Your instructor will tailor each workout, whether that be increasing the intensity for you or by offering modifications to suit your fitness level.
Private sessions as well as beginner classes are available but not mandatory for beginners. We support all fitness levels, and we make it our goal to help you meet yours!
